Communication:

Most project delays are caused due to infrequency or lack of communication. We will maintain regular communication except under extreme circumstances. We will not be held responsible for any delays resulted due to communication problems from the website authority.

Payments:

We expect payments to be made on time and on agreed milestones under the appropriate payment option in order to proceed.

Project Withdrawal:

If the project is to be withdrawn before completion, time and effort invested will have to be compensated for.

Credits:

We reserve the right to retain credits for the products and services delivered. This involves the right to place a tag at the bottom of every page that is designed, redesigned, or developed by us. The tag will state our company name, linked to our website. In addition, we would retain any existing credits involved during the original development of the website.

Content:

The website content for appropriate sections must be provided. This may include textual and graphical information. We will provide content development as we see fit, if requested by the client. We will provide all general graphics elements such as copyright free images and backgrounds required in the design and development of the website.

Deliverables:

Upon completion of the project, we will provide all source codes, design elements, and any other applicable and appropriate documentation.

Privacy:

All content and other materials acquired during any stage of the development process will be kept confidential. No other parties will have access to any such material except those in the company that play a direct role in the development and other related activities. All such material and information will not be released to any party unless explicitly stated otherwise by the service buyer.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of the services provided, a return policy does not apply.
